You Are My Star, Or Cards Bananza Continue

Hello again for all travelers in the creativity roads! I hope you all feeling good and full of creative potential today!
I'm here to bring you new inspirational piece! I'm continue using Gorjuss paper dolls in my cards, so I can bring you more examples of their application.
This time I made very quick and simple card. Part that took most time through its production was die cutting doll itself with my Silhouette machine. Everything else was made in 10 min. Plus 5 min for an envelope. So if you have limited amount of time and need several good looking simple cards - this is recipe for you!
For this card I used:
Precut Gorjuss paper doll;
Piece of cardstock 6"x12" for cardbase;
Piece of coordinating cardstock 6"x6" for inside part of the card;
Sentiment card;
Mat of contrasting color (optional);
Glittery embellishments (in my case I used Spellbinders Shining star and Neighborhood Glance dies sets);
Strong glue;
Distress inks;
Ink's applicator;
Scoring board;
Paper cutter;
Corner punch (Fiskars 3-in-1 Celestial);
Envelop maker tool;
Tag punch;
Enamel dots (I used liquid enamel).
 And this is my result. As you can see, it came out very cute!
 I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and found something useful for yourself. I wish you the best day ever and will see you soon with next entry in my Cards Bananza! Bye!

How To Make Your Own Paper Dolls With Silhouette Die Cutting Machine, Or My First Hi-Tech Tutorial

Hello my artistic friends! I hope you all doing well and enjoying long-awaited summer at last! Today I have something special for you! We will do paper dolls!

Recently I open for myself that company Santoro London released not only new collection of their Gorjuss stamps, but also coordinating dies for making paper dolls. I find this paper dolls adorable, but original dies are very expensive, so I start thinking how I may imitate same look with things that I already have.
I own decent collection of Gorjuss girls, including last season collection that I got at Scrapbook Expo in last year.

So, I decided, why not to use my stamps with my Silhouette Portrait die cutting machine?!! Before I used my machine for simply cut out my colored stamps, but after simple brain storm I figured out that I may use it for making paper dolls too. In this video tutorial I will share with you my process of creating them with Silhouette Studio software.
I hope you found this tutorial useful and clear for understanding. I really enjoyed of my results and I created a lot of cards with my paper dolls. Soon I will share this tutorials with you too!
If you have some other type of die cutting machine you may try to do the same thing. If you will, let me know in comments about your results! I am very curious about it!
But for now I would like to thank you for visiting my blog and wish you amazing crafting and great day! Bye!
